• We aim to deliver within 1–2 working days for UK Mainland addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands.

Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

At Deflec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

You can cancel your online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

• Items that are damaged due to improper use or installation may not be accepted.

How to Return

1. Fill out a Returns Authorisation Form on our Make A Return page within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we will cover return postage.
